Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be notified in writing via email to contact@energen.info.ro
The following refund conditions apply:
🔹Until September 28th : full refund (handling fee: euro 20).
🔹after September 28th : no refunds will be issued for cancellations. However, substitutions (transferring your registration to a colleague) are allowed at no extra cost, provided the secretariat is notified in advance.
Please note: all refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference. Refunds will not be granted for late arrival, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the conference.
